Private Holding Company · Est. MMXXVI
A private company holding ownership in a small number of ventures — built patiently, held for the long term.
Few things, chosen carefully, held with conviction.
Saidi Holdings exists to build and back a deliberately small portfolio. Each holding is a project we are directly involved in — not a passive bet, but a commitment of time, capital, and attention.
We are not in a hurry. We prefer durable businesses over fashionable ones, ownership over exposure, and quiet compounding over noise. The structure is simple by design: one company, a handful of stakes, a long horizon.
Position
Ownership is a responsibility before it is an asset.
The portfolio is intentionally limited. New holdings are added rarely, and only where we can be genuinely involved.
We only hold what we help build. Every stake comes with operating attention, not just capital.
Decisions are made on a horizon of years, not quarters. We would rather own less of something enduring.
We keep a low profile by choice. The work speaks in outcomes, not announcements.
